Yes, just over 2 weeks left before Christmas Day and the diary is almost full but I need to make time to get everything in my plan completed so that I can relax over the Christmas break.

End of year accounts still to be finalised and a couple of pieces of work are now starting to demand more time than I had anticipated before Christmas plus of course all things Christmas that are personal. 

We constantly strive to clear any outstanding threads before Christmas and intentionally put ourselves under increased pressures to deliver but is it all necessary? 

Last year was the same and I got it all completed because I was going away pre Christmas for a week to the lovely Lapland with my favourite grandson.....he is my only grandson too!

Come what may I will be ready and party over Christmas and New Year.
